We keep extra materials for repairs, but once the Pink rope & fabric is out, we'll replace it with the color of your choice.
Our products are handcrafted in the Rocky Mountains from the same technical materials we learned to rely on ourselves, with attention to detail only found in small-batch American production. After going through all of the products we tried, we decided to make better dog gear by ourselves. The secret to our quality? Using the best materials available, because most dog gear is made to be thrown away.
We know dogs can surprise us with creative ways of destroying our favorite things and nothing is indestructible to a determined pup. While our product is not indestructible, our lifetime warranty covers any damage, you’ll just have to mail it in. We built our products to be repaired and reuse the clamps & hardware, but if they've somehow managed to destroy the whole thing, we'll replace your item for life.
We offer 8-10 day standard USPS shipping. We are almost always quicker but want to give you a fair estimate.
All of our materials use eco-friendly materials that prioritize the environment, so like anything else in the outdoors, our products will fade over time.
