We want you to love your APC gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Gear must not be used, dirty or damaged, and it must include the original packaging. Used, dirty, or damaged gear will incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
There are a few rules we don’t make exceptions for after the 30-day return period is over:
▪ No refunds or exchanges, even for unused items
▪ No size or color changes unless the original option was discontinued
▪ Personalized products are nonrefundable but can be repaired.
All repairs must start with sending in your gear first.
We’ll cover the cost of the repair and shipping it back to you, but you’ll have to cover the cost to send it in.
We do our best to process repairs within two weeks of receiving them.

We understand that finding the perfect fit for your pup online can be challenging. To ensure you and your best friend are completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free 30-day returns & exchanges.
Navigating sizes can sometimes feel like a guessing game, especially if your pup is between sizes.
We've got you covered - go ahead and order both sizes, and simply return the one that doesn't fit.
While we encourage you to try the gear on your pup, we ask that items returned are in new condition.
