REPAIRS AND RESIZES
We know you rely on our gear everyday so we try to get it back to you as quickly as we can. Repairs can take up to 2 weeks once they're received, but expect up to three weeks to account for shipping. If you're near Golden, we offer same-day repairs if you bring it by the shop.
1. Submit a repair request
Fill out the form to get a label to send it in & link to track it through the process.
2. Ship your gear to us
The portal lets you select items from multiple orders so you can send them in together.
All repairs start by sending something in.
3. We fix it & send it back
Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your repair. There aren't a lot of updates through the process besides a notification when it's received, as well as when it's on it's way back to you.
NEED A RESIZE?
Puppy outgrew their collar or harness?
Use the portal and select 'Resize' as the reason you're sending it in.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your APC gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- Used, dirty, or damaged gear will incur a $10 restocking fee per item.
- Embroideries & Blemish items are final sale & non-refundable.
