We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty. If your pup successfully manages to break or destroy your gear, just mail it in—we’ll repair or replace whatever’s broken.
If you don't love your gear when you first get it, you can return your items for a full refund up to 30 days after you originally placed your order. We know we're the only place you can get our products from, so it's okay to test them out and still send it back. We'll even cover the cost for the return label.
All items must be sent back within 10 days of submitting RMA. APC can not be held liable for items sent back without an RMA or outside of 10 days from submitting RMA. Once your RMA is submitted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions, and a shipping label if you're within the 30-day return period.
Although we have an incredibly lenient returns policy, there are a few rules we don't make exceptions for after the 30-day return period is over:
- No refunds or exchanges, even for unused items.
- Collars are the only items that can be resized.
- No color changes can be made unless the original color was discontinued.
- All repairs must start with sending in your items first.
We do our best to process returns, exchanges, resizes & repairs within two weeks of receiving the gear. There aren't a lot of updates throughout the process, so we appreciate your patience while we get it fixed as quickly as possible. 🙂
