Why we made this
The most durable and comfortable leash available.
We have a 1 year old puppy who loves to chew! He has chewed through all of his leashes among many other things at home! But this leash is something else. We have been using this leash for over a month now and I have to admit, that even though our puppy has tried to chew thru it, this leash still is as good as new!
My pup is chewer, so we needed a sturdy leash that was made to last, but all the ones we'd tried before were so ugly. The lifetime leash combines a great aesthetic with amazing quality.
Sam is a 10 month old flattie that is very strong and active. The leash is holding up very well. We appreciate the craftsmanship and very happy that this is an American company.
This is must get leash!!! It feels soft to my hand and stays strong even when my dog chews it and play tug games.
Our dog, Rico , is a 17 pound chihuahua poodle mix rescue from Mexico. He is the consummate escape artist. He can not be held long on a leash or in a harness if he is not being watched. He can unclip clasps and chew through any strap or leash. He always sticks around, and always comes when called, but it is unsettling to look down and see an empty severed leash. Rico has not been able to open the clasp or do appreciable damage to this lead. This is a quality product that is worth the peace of mind alone.
My dog, Max, loves carrying/chewing his leash. Luckily, this leash has ZERO wear and tear after several months of use.
I purchased the 8ft leash which is perfect for runs (I wrap the entire leash around my waist and tie a knot). Again, no wear and tear what-so-ever.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and look forward to buying other products!
The leash feels very sturdy overall, and its construction provides few points of failure. I especially like the texture of the leash, it feels soft/smooth but you can always maintain a good grip. The 8-foot option is perfect for me to let my puppy sniff and explore off the trail while I keep us moving along.
