If your pup manages to destroy your gear - just mail it in. We'll repair or replace what ever's broken. You can start a repair here.

We use the same climbing rope you'd trust your own life with. Our rope is by Edelrid, the inventors of dynamic climbing rope. All of the hardware is marine-grade 316 stainless steel, even the screws. We built this leash to last, but nothing is indestructible to a determined pup.

We know dogs can surprise us with creative ways of destroying our favorite things. While our product is not indestructible, our lifetime warranty covers any damage, you’ll just have to mail it in through our Repairs Portal.

We use USPS Ground Advantage shipping. All of our products are made in small batches, and during a sale we'll have to make some items to order. We appreciate your patience as we get things out the door as quickly as possible.
