Every collar is great and has its unique benefits. The Lifetime Collar was designed with large dogs in mind who walk on harnesses. We recommend the Lifetime Lite Collar for smaller pups, growing pups, or for someone who prefers a snug fit. The Pro Collar is a great option for all the tactical and extreme adventure pups out there. The Lifetime Slip Collar rounds out the collection as a great training tool for pups who are still learning not to pull.

The easiest way is to take the adjustable collar you have for your dog now and adjust the size until you’re able to comfortably slip it over your dog’s head. Measure the length tip to tip and find your size. If your pup is between sizes, size up for a better fit.

After going through all of the products we tried, we decided to make better dog gear by ourselves. The secret to our quality? Using the best materials available, because most dog gear is made to be thrown away.

We know dogs can surprise us with creative ways of destroying our favorite things and nothing is indestructible to a determined pup. While our product is not indestructible, our lifetime warranty covers any damage, you’ll just have to mail it in. We built our products to be repaired and reuse the clamps & hardware, but if they've somehow managed to destroy the whole thing, we'll replace your item for life.

Every collar is handmade in Golden, Colorado using premium materials — Edelrid climbing rope or Biothane webbing, magnetic buckles for easy on/off, and 316 stainless steel hardware. They're covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which means if it breaks or gets destroyed, we rebuild it.

The magnetic buckle uses magnets with a dual-action release. It clicks together magnetically for easy one-handed use, but requires a deliberate pull to release — so it won't come undone accidentally.

Measure your dog's neck where the collar sits, then add 1-2 inches. Size guides with exact measurements for every size are on each product page. When in between sizes, go up.

Climbing rope can hold some moisture, but it dries faster than nylon or webbing collars. We still recommend rinsing with fresh water and air-drying after your pup swims in the ocean or river.

The Lifetime Collar uses climbing rope and is a fixed-length. The Pro Collar is our military-grade option with heavier-duty construction and the option to customize with an integrated handle, a Fi GPS attachment, or custom embroidery.
