If your leash is broken or chewed through, send it in and our team will repair or replace the affected parts. You can start a repair request at any time.
No leash can withstand every dog. Our products are not chew-proof, but they’re built to be repairable and covered for life. We reuse hardware whenever possible, but if the entire leash is beyond saving, we’ll replace it.

Every piece is crafted in small batches with close attention to detail. Dog gear shouldn’t be disposable, which is why we build products meant to be repaired rather than thrown away.
Yes. The webbing, stitching, and metal components are engineered to manage sudden force and heavy pulling. For powerful or reactive dogs, the standard Lifetime Waterproof model provides the most control while maintaining comfort.
We ship using standard USPS, which averages 8–10 days. We’re often faster, but we set realistic expectations.
