Yes. Every product is backed by a lifetime guarantee, even if your dog damages it. If something breaks or wears out, mail it in and we’ll repair or replace the collar as needed. You can start a repair request anytime.
No collar is fully chew-proof. While ours are not designed to resist determined chewers, they are fully repairable-and the lifetime warranty covers any damage. Whenever possible, we reuse hardware and components. If the collar is beyond repair, we’ll replace it for life.

We offer standard USPS shipping with an estimated arrival of 8–10 days. Most orders ship sooner, but we’d rather give realistic timeframes than overpromise.
