The attachment is made from Hypalon and has a stainless snap for extra durability and security while being easy to snap and unsnap the attachment to switch between collars and charge. Yes, we designed the Fi Snap to fit on any of our collars, and most other collars. 1" is the standard version that fits our Lifetime Collar and most webbing collars.
The 1 ½" version is used mostly on tactical & large martingale collars. We still recommend measuring the collar you have in mind to be sure!

The Fi Snap is guaranteed for life even if your pup destroys it. However, we do not repair or replace the Fi S3 units.

I love my Fi3 but the limitation on the collars I can use with it, has been frustrating. I have a very stylish pup (ok, it's me the one who likes to keep her stylish), and the opened up the Fi Snap fixed the issue. I can use any of her collars and quicky transfer the Fi device with no issue.
Also, the clip is very secure! I'm not worried about losing the tracker. Highly reccommend

I absolutely love this product. I really like the FI system and it's worked well for us for a few years. But I really wanted to be able to use different collars without having to buy the more expensive collars that take the FI unit. Your product provided us that opportunity. The only problem I have with it so far is that we've had it less than a month and there seems to be a little rust developing on the snap. Having said that, our dog is outside in the snow a lot and I kind of figured that can't be helped much. We've seen a little bit of rust on the FI unit itself too. We got your product to try out on our new rescue dog and we're getting ready to order another one for our other dog. Definitely a game changer!

Works better than advertised. It seems foolish to use a fi collar when you can have this instead. It gets a little dirty and may not fit wider collars.
