The attachment is made from Hypalon and has a stainless snap for extra durability and security while being easy to snap and unsnap the attachment to switch between collars and charge. Hypalon is one of the toughest materials available so the Fi Snap is built to last. We know dogs have creative ways of destroying your favorite gear, so if anything ever happens we’re able to replace the Hypalon and reuse the Fi Link to make it as good as new.

Yes, we designed the Fi Snap to fit on any of our collars, and most other collars. 1" is the standard version that fits our Lifetime Collar and most webbing collars.
The 1 ½" version is used mostly on tactical & large martingale collars. We still recommend measuring the collar you have in mind to be sure!

The Fi Snap is guaranteed for life even if your pup destroys it. However, we do not repair or replace the Fi S3 units.

I wish I found out about the Fi Snap sooner! It’s not easy or cheap to get Fi-compatible collars that meet your personal taste in design and functionality but now that I have the Fi Snap, I can use any 1-inch collars without compromising on peace of mind or fashion. It’s been fun to be able to swap collars.

Much more svelte than another product I had bought for our first Fi, seems sturdy, waterproof, and most importantly, secure.
We’ll see how it does after a year of use and transferring between collars

This was impossible to open and unwieldy to use.

Overall I appreciate the versatility of the Fi Snap attachment, but it is extremely noisy and loose. I don’t have fear of the Fi coming off the attachment but it is much louder when walking the dog vs when it was just built into the collar.
